DESCRIPTION
Established in early 2010, Euro Latina Finance is an independent financial advisory firm specialized in crossborder transactions between Europe and Latin America.
With offices in Paris, São Paulo and Bogotá, Euro Latina Finance provides tailor-made M&A and strategic advice to its clients on minority and majority deals ranging from US$100m to US$1bn+ in transaction value across a wide array of sectors.
To support our Paris office, we are currently offering a 6-month internship position starting in January 2026. The intern will work within an integrated, collaborative team environment, engaging frequently with our Latin American offices and gaining hands-on exposure to ongoing cross-border transactions.

Candidates with full fluency in Portuguese may be offered the opportunity to spend part of their internship at our São Paulo office.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in English, along with French, Portuguese, or Spanish (fluency in at least three of these languages is required).
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a quick learning ability and adaptability.
- Excellent analytical and summarizing skills, with solid technical knowledge in finance.
- Outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of rigor.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Commitment to confidentiality regarding sensitive transactions.
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Strong academic record from a leading business school, engineering school, or top-tier university.
- A gap year (“césure”) or final-year student.
- Preference will be given to candidates with: prior internships in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory services and experience or familiarity with Latin America.
However, other relevant experiences will also be considered on a selective basis.
